A la cafeteria de l&#8217;innovador <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.typeform.com\/\">Typeform<\/a><\/strong> de Bac de Roda, a <strong>Barcelona<\/strong>, saben molt b\u00e9 que, malgrat la calor, els seus empleats segueixen necessitant un bon <strong>caf\u00e8<\/strong> durant les seves <strong>jornades laborals<\/strong>. Per aix\u00f2 <strong>Hubert<\/strong>, el responsable del <strong>bar ecol\u00f2gic<\/strong>, ha estat assessorat per la nostra <strong>barista Noemi Paoli<\/strong> per preparar la recepta d&#8217;un bon <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Cold_brew_coffee\">Cold Brew<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aquesta t\u00e8cnica consisteix en la maceraci\u00f3 a temperatura ambient del <strong>caf\u00e8 en aigua<\/strong> i que permet <strong>reduir en un 67% l&#8217;acidesa del caf\u00e8<\/strong>, a causa de l&#8217;abs\u00e8ncia de les altes temperatures i la pressi\u00f3.
