{"id":1160,"date":"2016-10-24T08:53:26","date_gmt":"2016-10-24T08:53:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.cafesaula.com\/blog\/?p=1160"},"modified":"2016-10-24T08:53:26","modified_gmt":"2016-10-24T08:53:26","slug":"recepta-de-panellets-de-cafe","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cafesaula.com\/blog\/ca\/recepta-de-panellets-de-cafe\/","title":{"rendered":"Recepta de panellets de caf\u00e8"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">S&#8217;acosta la <strong>castanyada<\/strong> i la celebraci\u00f3 del <strong>Dia de Tots Sants<\/strong>, l&#8217;\u00e8poca en la qu\u00e8 a <strong>Catalunya, Val\u00e8ncia, Arag\u00f3 i les Balears<\/strong> es preparen els <strong>panellets<\/strong>, els <strong>dol\u00e7os t\u00edpics<\/strong> d&#8217;aquestes dates.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Es tracta d&#8217;uns <strong>postres molt nutritius<\/strong> que ens aporten <strong>greixos saludables<\/strong> i que estan recomanats per a persones amb <strong>colesterol<\/strong> i <strong>restrenyiment<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Encara que els m\u00e9s populars siguin els <strong>panellets d&#8217;ametlles<\/strong>, <strong>pinyons <\/strong>o <strong>coco<\/strong>, com a bons <strong>cafeters <\/strong>que som avui us ensenyarem la recepta de <strong>panellets de caf\u00e8<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"> <strong>Ingredients (per a quatre persones):<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1 <strong>patata <\/strong>de 125 gr<\/p>\n<p>175 gr <strong>d&#8217;ametlla m\u00f2lta<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>145 gr de <strong>sucre<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>pela d&#8217;1\/2 <strong>llimona ratllat<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>10-15 gr de <strong>Caf\u00e9 Saula m\u00f2lt (de la vostra varietat preferida)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"> <strong>Elaboraci\u00f3 de la recepta de panellets de caf\u00e8:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Primer cal embolicar la patata en <strong>film transparent (apte per a microones)<\/strong> i fer uns petits talls al film amb un ganivet. Posa la patata al microones a pot\u00e8ncia m\u00e0xima al voltant de 2 minuts, fins que vegis que estigui cuita. Una vegada finalitzat el proc\u00e9s, <strong>retira el film de la patata<\/strong> amb cura i <strong>lleva-li la pell abans que es refredi.<\/strong> Seguidament aixafa la patata fins que quedi redu\u00efda a pur\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Afegeix a la patata,<strong> l&#8217;ametlla m\u00f2lta, el sucre i la ratlladura de llimona<\/strong>. Barreja b\u00e9. Quan la massa sigui homog\u00e8nia, agrega el <strong>caf\u00e8 m\u00f2lt<\/strong> i barreja\u2019l fins que quedi el <strong>caf\u00e8 ben integrat<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Embolica la massa en paper de film i deixa-la <strong>refredar al frigor\u00edfic durant 2 hores<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cobreix la safata del forn amb <strong>paper de fornejar<\/strong> i distribueix damunt la massa, que s&#8217;ha dividit en petites formes de croqueta.
