A aquesta conclusi\u00f3 ha arribat un estudi dut a terme a la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jhu.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Universitat John Hopkins<\/strong><\/a> i que ha estat publicat a la revista <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nature.com\/neuro\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Nature Neuroscience<\/strong>.<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cFins ara s&#8217;atribu\u00efa a la <strong>cafe\u00efna<\/strong> un efecte potenciador sobre <strong>l&#8217;activitat cognitiva<\/strong>, per\u00f2 la seva capacitat per millorar la mem\u00f2ria i fer-la immune a l&#8217;oblit no s&#8217;havia examinat detalladament\u201d, apunta el <strong>psic\u00f2leg i neurocient\u00edfic Michael Yassa<\/strong>, que va liderar aquesta recerca en la qual es va provar que la <strong>cafe\u00efna pot<\/strong> <strong>potenciar la mem\u00f2ria<\/strong> fins a 24 hores despr\u00e9s d&#8217;haver-la consumit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Concretament, <strong>dos-cents mil\u00b7ligrams de cafe\u00efna<\/strong>, que \u00e9s el que sol contenir un <strong>caf\u00e8<\/strong>, begudes despr\u00e9s d&#8217;haver estudiat o treballat, \u00e9s la que ajuda a recordar-ho tot millor l&#8217;endem\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una de les difer\u00e8ncies d&#8217;aquest estudi respecte als treballs anteriors \u00e9s que els participants van prendre <strong>cafe\u00efna <\/strong>nom\u00e9s despr\u00e9s d&#8217;haver vist i intentat memoritzar una s\u00e8rie d&#8217;imatges.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aix\u00ed que ja sabeu, la propera vegada que vulgueu <strong>memoritzar<\/strong> alguna cosa, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cafesaula.com\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>millor preneu el caf\u00e8 just despr\u00e9s!<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I si et digu\u00e9ssim que per retenir a la mem\u00f2ria les anotacions d&#8217;un examen \u00e9s millor prendre&#8217;t el caf\u00e8 just despr\u00e9s d&#8217;estudiar?
