Es tracta d&#8217;un <strong>caf\u00e8 que ha estat infusionat en vi<\/strong>. Encara que alguns <strong>torrefactors de caf\u00e8<\/strong> ja hagin intentat experimentar amb barriques per a <strong>l&#8217;envelliment dels grans de caf\u00e8<\/strong>, la nova combinaci\u00f3 que ofereix aquesta companyia, situada a <strong>Napa Valley, Calif\u00f2rnia (EE.UU.)<\/strong>, consisteix a\u00a0<strong>remullar el caf\u00e8 verd en vi negre<\/strong>. Aix\u00f2 provoca que els grans absorbeixin completament el l\u00edquid abans de ser assecats per al seu posterior torrat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tot va comen\u00e7ar quan <strong>Rick Molinari<\/strong>, propietari de la companyia, va voler unir les seves dues grans passions, <strong>el vi i el caf\u00e8<\/strong>, per crear una sola beguda. La seva ubicaci\u00f3 en plena <strong>Vall de Napa<\/strong>, zona coneguda per la seva <strong>producci\u00f3 de vins<\/strong>, el va fer envoltar-se de coneguts <strong>en\u00f2legs<\/strong>, que van estar experimentant amb diferents <strong>vins i caf\u00e8s<\/strong>. Aix\u00ed va ser com, despr\u00e9s de llargues sessions de tast, van acabar creant al fam\u00f3s <strong>caf\u00e8 infusionat en vi negre<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Com explica Molinari, els <strong>grans de caf\u00e8<\/strong> s\u00f3n seleccionats especialment per a ser rehidratats amb <strong>vi negre<\/strong>, absorbint el m\u00e0xim de sabor possible, i passant despr\u00e9s al seu assecat i torrat. Un acabat que, d&#8217;altra banda, <strong>no compta amb sucre ni alcohol<\/strong>. Es pot preparar amb <strong>premsa francesa<\/strong> o en <strong>espresso<\/strong>, creant aix\u00ed una crema de color vermell\u00f3s.
