Parlem <a href=\"http:\/\/elprovisional.com\/\">d\u2019<strong>El Provisional<\/strong><\/a>, un espai on la <strong>qualitat per la mat\u00e8ria prima<\/strong>, el <strong>Km0<\/strong> i la <strong>passi\u00f3 per la bona cuina<\/strong> es respira per totes bandes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El seu <strong>xef \u00e9s el jove Sergi Marqu\u00e9s<\/strong>, un apassionat de la cuina que un dia va decidir deixar la seva feina en una consultoria de m\u00e0rqueting per dedicar-se a la seva <strong>vocaci\u00f3 gastron\u00f2mica<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I de moment sembla que no li ha anat gens malament. Despr\u00e9s de formar-se amb grans xefs com <strong>Nandu Juvany<\/strong> o <strong>Lola Puig<\/strong>, en Sergi ha obert el seu propi restaurant en un petit per\u00f2 acollidor local al carrer <strong>Balmes 66<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La seva aposta \u00e9s la <strong>cuina de mercat<\/strong> i la <strong>varietat del men\u00fa<\/strong>, que canvia cada cap de setmana segons els <strong>productes frescos i de proximitat<\/strong>. I com no podia ser d\u2019una altra manera, des del principi el xef ha optat pel nostre <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cafesaula.com\/store\/ca\/cafe-molt\/2-gran-espresso-premium-ecologic\">Premium Ecol\u00f2gic<\/a><\/strong>.
