Caf\u00e8s amb una gran complexitat i amb gran capacitat per barrejar-se entre si i crear\u00a0<strong><em>coupages<\/em><\/strong>. Tamb\u00e9 va ser aleshores quan vam descobrir els <strong>caf\u00e8s\u00a0amonzonats<\/strong>, un dels <strong>millors caf\u00e8s del m\u00f3n<\/strong>, envellits durant mesos pels humits aires del mons\u00f3 i que els conferia un <strong>sabor \u00fanic,\u00a0especiat\u00a0i ex\u00f2tic<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A aquest descobriment li van succeir anys de proves i tastos al nostre laboratori, buscant la forma d&#8217;extreure tota la m\u00e0gia d&#8217;un fruit que guarda al seu interior <strong>infinites possibilitats per als sentits<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El resultat d&#8217;aquesta recerca va ser el <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cafesaula.com\/blog\/premium-dark-india-ultima-novetat-de-cafe-saula\/\">llan\u00e7ament el 2014 del caf\u00e8\u00a0Premium\u00a0Dark\u00a0\u00cdndia 100%\u00a0ar\u00e0bica<\/a><\/strong>. Un caf\u00e8 molt arom\u00e0tic, perfumat, amb intenses notes torrades que recorden la xocolata negra i a esp\u00e8cies, com el clau i la nou\u00a0moscada.
