La realitat \u00e9s que moltes s\u00f3n les difer\u00e8ncies entre les dues grans varietats de caf\u00e8 que existeixen: el caf\u00e8 <strong>Robusta<\/strong> (<em>Coffea Can\u00e9phora<\/em>) i el caf\u00e8 <strong>Ar\u00e0bica<\/strong> (<em>Coffea Ar\u00e0bica<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p>Per comen\u00e7ar, el caf\u00e8 <strong>Robusta<\/strong> t\u00e9 aproximadament el doble de cafe\u00efna que l\u2019<strong>Ar\u00e0bica<\/strong>. \u00c9s un tipus de varietat originaria d\u2019\u00c0frica Central que, en cr\u00e9ixer en zones seques, \u00e9s poc digestiu, t\u00e9 un gust final amarg, amb molt de cos i poc perfumat. El seu cultiu representa el 43% de la producci\u00f3 mundial i \u00e9s un caf\u00e8 m\u00e9s econ\u00f2mic que la varietat <strong>Ar\u00e0bica<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019altra varietat, la m\u00e9s cara i apreciada de totes, i amb la que <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cafesaula.com\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Caf\u00e8 Saula<\/strong><\/a> treballa exclusivament, \u00e9s l\u2019<strong>Ar\u00e0bica<\/strong>. Es tracta d\u2019una esp\u00e8cie originaria d\u2019Eti\u00f2pia, tot i que pot cr\u00e9ixer en altres pa\u00efsos que es trobin entre els 500 i 2.400 metres d\u2019al\u00e7ada. Aquesta varietat representa el 56% de la producci\u00f3 mundial i posseeix una concentraci\u00f3 de cafe\u00efna d\u2019un 1,7% com a m\u00e0xim. Com a resultat, el caf\u00e8 <strong>Ar\u00e0bica<\/strong> crea una beguda m\u00e9s arom\u00e0tica i suau al paladar, i tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s m\u00e9s digestiva.
