Per aquest motiu, avui us ensenyem una <strong>recepta casolana<\/strong> molt f\u00e0cil de <strong>caf\u00e8 de gelat<\/strong> que podeu fer a casa <strong>sense necessitat de m\u00e0quina<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Per comen\u00e7ar, necessitareu:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>2 cullerades de <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cafesaula.com\/\">Caf\u00e9\u00a0Saula\u00a0<\/a><\/strong>m\u00f2lt<br \/>\n2 cullerades d&#8217;aigua<br \/>\n2 tasses de crema per batre<br \/>\n1 llauna de llet condensada (397\u00a0gr.)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Bat la crema, que ha d&#8217;estar molt freda, fins que es vegi molt espessa i formi becs.<br \/>\n2. Barreja el Caf\u00e9\u00a0Saula\u00a0amb l&#8217;aigua fins que no quedin grumolls.<br \/>\n3. Agrega la mescla a un bol gran juntament amb la llet condensada. Barreja b\u00e9.<br \/>\n4. Agrega \u00bc de la crema batuda i mescla molt b\u00e9 amb el\u00a0batidor. Agrega \u00bc m\u00e9s de la crema i barreja-la b\u00e9 fins que sigui de textura lleugera.<br \/>\n5. Incorpora suaument la crema restant, fent-ho de forma envolvent amb una esp\u00e0tula. Perqu\u00e8 sigui m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil, fes-ho per parts.<br \/>\n6. Buida la crema en un motlle o recipient.<br \/>\n7. Congela el recipient entre 8 i 10 hores, o deixa-ho tota la nit.<br \/>\n8. Guarda el gelat en un recipient amb tapa al congelador perqu\u00e8 duri m\u00e9s temps.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Important:<\/strong> NO es pot canviar la llet condensada ni la crema batuda en aquesta recepta.
