All\u00e0 han participat els set finalistes, tots ells alumnes de l&#8217;escola, que ja havien demostrat un gran nivell a la semifinal.<\/p>\n<p>Despr\u00e9s d&#8217;un intens mat\u00ed de competici\u00f3, finalment les tres classificades han estat:<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Primera classificada:<\/u><\/strong> <strong>Patr\u00edcia\u00a0Jabalera<\/strong>, que ha rebut un premi de 1.000 euros, una m\u00e0quina especial de\u00a0Rancilio\u00a0i dues entrades al parc tem\u00e0tic de Port Aventura.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Segona classificada:<\/u><\/strong> <strong>Raquel Fern\u00e1ndez<\/strong>, que ha rebut un premi de 750 euros i dues entrades al parc tem\u00e0tic de Port Aventura.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Tercera classificada:<\/u><\/strong> <strong>Cristina Riera<\/strong>, que ha rebut un premi de 500 euros i dues entrades al parc tem\u00e0tic de Port Aventura.<\/p>\n<p>Durant la prova final, els candidats han hagut de fer <strong>tres\u00a0espressos\u00a0<\/strong>i <strong>tres caputxinos<\/strong>, aix\u00ed com el tast de tres\u00a0espressos\u00a0en els quals calia recon\u00e8ixer un\u00a0<strong>espresso\u00a0100%\u00a0ar\u00e1bica<\/strong>, un\u00a0<strong>espresso\u00a0100% robusta<\/strong> i un\u00a0<strong>blend\u00a0de 50%\u00a0ar\u00e1bica<\/strong>\u00a0i <strong>50% robusta<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>El jurat s&#8217;ha compost per <strong>Llu\u00eds\u00a0Saula<\/strong>, jutge l\u00edder i director de Caf\u00e9\u00a0Saula; <strong>Joan\u00a0Saula<\/strong>, jutge sensorial i director de f\u00e0brica, <strong>I\u00f1aki\u00a0Gorostiaga<\/strong>, jutge sensorial i director de la\u00a0ESHOB; <strong>Carlos Gonz\u00e1lez Antequera<\/strong>, jutge sensorial i\u00a0coffee competence\u00a0manager\u00a0de\u00a0Rancilio\u00a0i <strong>Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda\u00a0Ascaso<\/strong>, jutge t\u00e8cnic i responsable del servei t\u00e8cnic de Caf\u00e9\u00a0Saula.<\/p>\n<p>Durant el lliurament de premis, <strong>Llu\u00eds\u00a0Saula\u00a0<\/strong>ha recordat que fer les valoracions dels candidats \u00e9s un procediment dif\u00edcil i ple de matisos. \u201cEs valora des de la temperatura de la llet fins a com s&#8217;han utilitzat els draps o les explicacions del\u00a0blend\u201d, ha matisat el director de Caf\u00e9\u00a0Saula, que ha animat als estudiants a treballar sempre amb vocaci\u00f3: \u201cFeu el que feu, treballeu amb passi\u00f3\u201d. D&#8217;altra banda, <strong>I\u00f1aki\u00a0Gorostiaga\u00a0<\/strong>ha recordat als alumnes que amb esfor\u00e7 un sempre aconsegueix el que vol. \u201cEls errors provoquen una repetici\u00f3 que acaba en millora. \u00c9s el sistema d&#8217;autoaprenentatge\u201d.
