El passat 24 de maig <strong>Patricia\u00a0Jabalera\u00a0<\/strong>es va erigir com la guanyadora de la <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cafesaula.com\/blog\/patricia-jabalera-raquel-fernandez-i-cristina-riera-guanyadores-de-liii-concurs-el-sommelier-del-cafe\/\">tercera edici\u00f3 del concurs El\u00a0Sommelier\u00a0del Caf\u00e8<\/a><\/strong>. De 27 anys i procedent de Rub\u00ed, Jabalera\u00a0portava moltes setmanes practicant per a la prova final del concurs, organitzat per <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cafesaula.com\/store\/ca\/\">Caf\u00e9\u00a0Saula<\/a><\/strong>. Ella era un dels set finalistes, tots ells alumnes de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eshob.com\/ca\/\">l&#8217;Escola Superior d&#8217;Hostaleria de Barcelona (ESHOB)<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Patricia\u00a0Jabalera, que estudia primer curs de direcci\u00f3 de cuina i serveis de restauraci\u00f3, es va inscriure al concurs pel seu amor al caf\u00e8. \u201cVolia aprendre m\u00e9s d&#8217;aquest m\u00f3n\u201d, explica la guanyadora, que per a participar en la semifinal va apostar pel <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cafesaula.com\/store\/ca\/cafe-en-gra\/7-gran-espresso-premium-ecologic\">Caf\u00e9\u00a0Saula\u00a0Premium\u00a0Org\u00e0nic<\/a><\/strong> i el <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cafesaula.com\/store\/ca\/cafe-molt\/25-gran-espresso-premium-natural\">Caf\u00e9\u00a0Saula\u00a0Premium\u00a0Bourbon<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Dels dies de formaci\u00f3 a Caf\u00e9\u00a0Saula,\u00a0Jabalera recorda com es va sorprendre en descobrir coses que no sabia, com el\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cafesaula.com\/blog\/el-secret-de-lart-latte\/\">latte\u00a0arte<\/a><\/strong>, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cafesaula.com\/blog\/els-7-passos-per-obtenir-una-perfecta-emulsio-de-la-llet\/\">l&#8217;emulsi\u00f3 de la llet<\/a><\/strong> o les <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cafesaula.com\/blog\/diferencies-entre-el-cafe-robusta-i-larabica\/\">difer\u00e8ncies entre l\u2019ar\u00e0bica\u00a0i el robusta<\/a><\/strong>. \u201cS\u00f3n coses que abans ni em plantejava\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Per a la gran prova final, l&#8217;alumna de l&#8217;Eshob\u00a0va triar el <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cafesaula.com\/blog\/encara-no-coneixes-el-premium-dark-india-de-cafe-saula\/\">Caf\u00e9\u00a0Saula\u00a0Dark\u00a0India<\/a><\/strong>. \u201cM&#8217;encanten les esp\u00e8cies, i aquest caf\u00e8 t\u00e9 moltes esp\u00e8cies arom\u00e0tiques que de seguida em van agradar\u201d. Una \u00faltima prova en qu\u00e8 Jabalera\u00a0reconeix que va passar molts nervis: \u201csents que t&#8217;estan avaluant detalladament\u201d. Per aquest motiu, quan la van nomenar guanyadora de la tercera edici\u00f3, s&#8217;ho va prendre com \u201cun gran compliment\u201d i, a la fi, \u201cuna gran experi\u00e8ncia\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Ara, dies despr\u00e9s del concurs,\u00a0Jabalera\u00a0sent que amb tota la formaci\u00f3 rebuda ha descobert que el <strong>m\u00f3n del caf\u00e8<\/strong> li agrada molt m\u00e9s del que pensava i que en un futur li agradaria dedicar-se m\u00e9s seriosament a la formaci\u00f3\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cafesaula.com\/blog\/que-es-un-barista\/\">barista<\/a><\/strong>. \u201cPotser fins i tot em presento a m\u00e9s concursos\u201d, conclou la guanyadora, que no dubtar\u00e0 a recomanar el concurs als alumnes de l&#8217;any vinent.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Va passar molts nervis, per\u00f2 al final va valer la pena.
