Si la resposta \u00e9s afirmativa, llavors tenim la recepta ideal per a tu: <strong>galetes amb sabor a caf\u00e8<\/strong>. Es tracta d&#8217;un dol\u00e7 ideal per a servir despr\u00e9s de les postres i acompanyar-lo juntament amb una tassa de <strong>Caf\u00e9\u00a0Saula<\/strong>\u00a0per a intensificar, encara m\u00e9s, tot el seu sabor. La recepta \u00e9s molt f\u00e0cil i pot agradar tant a grans com petits. Aqu\u00ed us deixem una recepta amb la qual poden sortir moltes galetes de mida petita:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; 40 grams de <strong>Caf\u00e9\u00a0Saula\u00a0m\u00f2lt<\/strong> (<strong>Original,\u00a0Bourbon\u00a0o Ecol\u00f2gic<\/strong>)<br \/>\n&#8211; 200 grams d&#8217;ametlla m\u00f2lta<br \/>\n&#8211; 120 grams de sucre<br \/>\n&#8211; 160 grams de mantega<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 grams d&#8217;escates de sal<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 ous<br \/>\n&#8211; Un polsim de canyella<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/strong><br \/>\nEl proc\u00e9s \u00e9s molt senzill: cal posar tots els ingredients en el got batedor o\u00a0Thermomix\u00a0a pot\u00e8ncia mitjana, comen\u00e7ant per la mantega, que ha d&#8217;estar a temperatura ambient, seguit de l&#8217;ametlla, la farina, el sucre, el caf\u00e8, la canyella, la sal i els ous.<\/p>\n<p>Despr\u00e9s de barrejar tots aquests ingredients, quedar\u00e0 una massa homog\u00e8nia i poc consistent. Caldr\u00e0 cobrir-la amb film transparent i deixar-la reposar en el frigor\u00edfic unes dues hores. Passat aquest temps, cal\u00a0precalentar\u00a0el forn a 160\u00ba i preparar les safates cobrint-les amb l\u00e0mines de tefl\u00f3,\u00a0silpat\u00a0o algun producte similar.<\/p>\n<p>Una vegada es retiri la massa de les galetes del frigor\u00edfic, cal anar fent porcions petites amb una cullereta o amb la m\u00e0niga pastissera, sense importar la seva forma, ja que en el forn s&#8217;expandiran, per la qual cosa tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s important deixar una mica d&#8217;espai entre elles perqu\u00e8 no s\u2019enganxin.<\/p>\n<p>Seguidament, cal enfornar les galetes de caf\u00e8 entre 5 i 8 minuts, depenent de la seva grand\u00e0ria. Una vegada es retirin del forn, encara estaran una mica toves, per\u00f2 quan es refredin quedaran cruixents.
