En aquesta ocasi\u00f3, hem tractat el\u00a0<strong><em>brewing<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0i els diferents m\u00e8todes per a\u00a0<strong>infusionar\u00a0el caf\u00e8<\/strong>, utilitzant\u00a0Chemex, V60,\u00a0Aeropress,\u00a0French\u00a0Press i el\u00a0Sif\u00f3\u00a0Japon\u00e8s.<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s, durant la primera part de la formaci\u00f3 hem fet una introducci\u00f3 al m\u00f3n del caf\u00e8, hem vist les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cafesaula.com\/blog\/diferencies-entre-el-cafe-robusta-i-larabica\/\"><strong>difer\u00e8ncies entre<\/strong> <strong>caf\u00e8s de varietat ar\u00e0biga i robusta<\/strong><\/a>, el torrat natural i torrat torrefacte, els passos per a fer un\u00a0espresso\u00a0perfecte i les difer\u00e8ncies entre el <strong>m\u00e8tode\u00a0espresso\u00a0i el m\u00e8tode de filtre<\/strong>. Un m\u00e8tode que han pogut preparar els mateixos alumnes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Com sempre, ha estat un plaer tornar a col\u00b7laborar amb la\u00a0Eshob.
