Durant la visita, hem realitzat un tast brasiler i hem pogut compartir les nostres respectives experi\u00e8ncies en el m\u00f3n del caf\u00e8 i del vi.<\/p>\n<p>Ferran Centelles (Barcelona, 1981) \u00e9s un dels millors\u00a0sommeliers\u00a0del pa\u00eds i un referent nacional i internacional. Va comen\u00e7ar la seva formaci\u00f3 a l\u2019<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eshob.com\/?gclid=Cj0KCQjw7pKFBhDUARIsAFUoMDbCtOp0SoKWHdFUFJXsrZ1X1KFR6PZPgz2DG8ZUlfw2gSPSxZNa_nMaAsLcEALw_wcB\">Escola\u00a0Superior d\u2019Hosteleria\u00a0de Barcelona (ESHOB)\u00a0<\/a><\/strong>i va iniciar la seva carrera professional en\u00a0elBulli, on va treballar entre el 2000 i el 2011. Des de llavors la seva carrera no ha deixat de progressar i ha seguit treballant i estudiant per a aconseguir la perfecci\u00f3 en el m\u00f3n\u00a0sommelier. Ha obtingut el Diploma\u00a0WSET\u00a0a Londres, l\u2019Advanced\u00a0Sommelier\u00a0CMS\u00a0i ha passat temporades en restaurants com Aurora,\u00a0The\u00a0Vineyard\u00a0o\u00a0Maggiore\u2019s, a Londres.<\/p>\n<p>El\u00a0sommelier\u00a0tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s\u00a0co-fundador\u00a0de\u00a0l\u2019Outlook\u00a0Wine\u00a0(The\u00a0Barcelona\u00a0Wine\u00a0School)\u00a0i Wineissocial.com, a m\u00e9s ha guanyat el premi\u00a0Ruinart\u00a02006 (millor sommelier d&#8217;Espanya) i la seva valuosa aportaci\u00f3 al m\u00f3n de la cultura del vi li ha valgut el Premi Nacional de Gastronomia 2011 i el Premi al Professional de l&#8217;Any 2013 per l&#8217;Associaci\u00f3 Catalana de Gastronomia.<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nDes de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cafesaula.com\/\">Caf\u00e8\u00a0Saula\u00a0<\/a>estem molt contents d&#8217;haver pogut compartir unes hores amb aquest referent del m\u00f3n\u00a0sommelier.
