Un dels requisits era que cap d&#8217;ells podia prendre cafe\u00efna que no fos la del caf\u00e8. A m\u00e9s, a tots se&#8217;ls va reduir les seves <strong>hores de somni a cinc hores cada nit<\/strong>, excepte una nit final en qu\u00e8 se&#8217;ls va deixar dormir vuit hores.<br \/><br \/>Una vegada conclosos els cinc dies, els investigadors van poder observar com, encara que tots els participants tenien el mateix nivell de somnol\u00e8ncia, els que havien pres el caf\u00e8 regular <strong>van respondre m\u00e9s r\u00e0pid i amb major precisi\u00f3<\/strong> davant de totes les tasques que se&#8217;ls requeria que les que van prendre el caf\u00e8 descafe\u00efnat.
