All\u00ed han participat els sis finalistes, tots ells alumnes de l&#8217;escola, que ja havien demostrat un gran nivell a la semifinal.<\/p>\n<p>Durant la prova final, els candidats han hagut de fer <strong>tres\u00a0espressos<\/strong>, <strong>tres capuccinos<\/strong> i preparar una recepta especial a base de caf\u00e8 entre un dels 4\u00a0blends\u00a0Premium\u00a0(<strong>Original,\u00a0Bourbon, Ecol\u00f2gic,\u00a0Dark\u00a0India<\/strong>). Per a aix\u00f2, han tingut 15 minuts per a preparar la taula de treball i 16 minuts per a concursar i deixar tot net i en ordre.<\/p>\n<p>Despr\u00e9s d&#8217;un intens mat\u00ed de competici\u00f3, finalment els tres classificats han estat:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Primera classificada: Marta\u00a0Oti<\/strong>, que ha rebut un premi de 500 euros, una m\u00e0quina<br \/>\nRancilio\u00a0SILVIA\u00a0v6\u00a0i dues entrades al parc tem\u00e0tic de Port Aventura.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Segona classificada: Berta Picazo<\/strong>, que ha rebut un premi de 350 euros i dues entrades al parc tem\u00e0tic de Port Aventura.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tercer classificat: Jaume Reus<\/strong>, que ha rebut un premi de 150 euros i dues entrades per al parc tem\u00e0tic de Port Aventura.<\/p>\n<p>El concurs \u201cEl\u00a0sommelier\u00a0del caf\u00e8\u201d, creat per Caf\u00e8\u00a0Saula, t\u00e9 com a objectiu principal difondre la cultura del caf\u00e8 a trav\u00e9s de la formaci\u00f3 cont\u00ednua. Els aspirants\u00a0a sommeliers\u00a0del caf\u00e8 no nom\u00e9s reben formaci\u00f3 a la\u00a0ESHOB, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 a les instal\u00b7lacions de Caf\u00e8\u00a0Saula\u00a0per a poder ampliar i aprofundir el coneixement, aix\u00ed com aprendre a elaborar l\u2019espresso perfecte.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Des de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cafesaula.com\/ca\/index\">Caf\u00e8\u00a0Saula\u00a0<\/a>estem molt contents del resultat del concurs.
