Aix\u00f2 s\u2019aplicaria tant a la pressi\u00f3 a\u00f2rtica perif\u00e8rica com a la central, \u00e9s a dir, la m\u00e9s propera al cor.<\/p>\n<p>Durant la investigaci\u00f3, realitzada per la Universitat de Bolonya i l&#8217;Hospital Universitari de Bolonya &#8211; Policl\u00ednica Santa Orsola, es va analitzar <strong>l&#8217;associaci\u00f3 entre el consum de caf\u00e8 i els par\u00e0metres de pressi\u00f3 arterial perif\u00e8rica i central<\/strong> en una mostra de la poblaci\u00f3 italiana. &#8220;Els resultats obtinguts mostren que els que beuen caf\u00e8 habitualment tenen una pressi\u00f3 arterial significativament m\u00e9s baixa, tant a nivell perif\u00e8ric com central, que els que no en beuen&#8221;, explica Arrigo Cicero, professor del Departament de Ci\u00e8ncies M\u00e8diques i Quir\u00fargiques de la Universitat de Bolonya i primer autor de l&#8217;estudi.<\/p>\n<p>El caf\u00e8 \u00e9s una de les begudes m\u00e9s populars a It\u00e0lia i al m\u00f3n: s&#8217;estima que es van consumir gaireb\u00e9 <strong>10 milions de tones de caf\u00e8 arreu del m\u00f3n<\/strong> entre el 2020 i el 2021.
