All\u00ed han participat els finalistes, tots ells alumnes de l&#8217;escola, que ja havien demostrat un gran nivell en la semifinal.<\/p>\n<p>Durant la prova final, els candidats han hagut de fer tres\u00a0espressos, tres caputxinos i preparar una recepta especial a base de caf\u00e8 entre un dels 4\u00a0blends\u00a0Premium\u00a0(<strong>Original,\u00a0Bourbon, Ecol\u00f2gic,\u00a0Dark\u00a0l&#8217;\u00cdndia<\/strong>). Per a aix\u00f2, han tingut 15 minuts per a preparar la taula de treball i 16 minuts per a concursar i deixar tot net i en ordre.<\/p>\n<p>Despr\u00e9s d&#8217;un intens mat\u00ed de competici\u00f3, finalment els tres classificats han estat:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Primera classificada: Carla\u00a0Pe\u00f1arrubia\u00a0Santamar\u00eda<\/strong>, que ha rebut un premi de 500 euros, un mol\u00ed i una m\u00e0quina\u00a0Rancilio\u00a0SILVIA\u00a0v6.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Segona classificada: Lidia Castillo Mulero<\/strong>, que ha rebut un premi de 350 euros.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tercera classificada: Eugenia Kim<\/strong>, que ha rebut un premi de 150 euros.<\/p>\n<p>El concurs \u2018El\u00a0sommelier\u00a0del caf\u00e8\u2019, creat per Caf\u00e8\u00a0Saula, t\u00e9 com a objectiu principal difondre la cultura del caf\u00e8 a trav\u00e9s de la formaci\u00f3 cont\u00ednua. Els aspirants a\u00a0sommeliers\u00a0del caf\u00e8 no nom\u00e9s reben formaci\u00f3 a l\u2019ESHOB, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 a les instal\u00b7lacions de Caf\u00e8\u00a0Saula\u00a0per a poder ampliar i aprofundir el coneixement, aix\u00ed com per aprendre a elaborar l\u2019Espresso\u00a0perfecte.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Des de Caf\u00e8\u00a0Saula\u00a0estem molt contents del resultat del concurs.
