El <strong>transport de mercaderies<\/strong>, per tant, es veia afectat per milers de variables, entre les quals es trobaven el clima dels territoris per on passaven, el tipus d&#8217;env\u00e0s en el qu\u00e8 es guardava o els altres productes amb els quals viatjaven.<\/p>\n<p>Un exemple el podem trobar en el denominat <strong>\u00cdndia Monsooned<\/strong>, o <strong>\u00cdndia Amonzonat<\/strong>. Aquest <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cafesaula.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">caf\u00e8<\/a>, procedent de l&#8217;<strong>\u00cdndia<\/strong>, viatjava fins al nostre continent al segle XVII i XVIII en vaixells de vela al costat de sacs d&#8217;<strong>esp\u00e8cies<\/strong>. Com el viatge durava mesos, el <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cafesaula.com\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>caf\u00e8<\/strong> <\/a>acabava adquirint l&#8217;aroma de les <strong>esp\u00e8cies<\/strong> que tamb\u00e9 viatjaven en els cellers del <strong>vaixell<\/strong>. A aquesta nova varietat se la va descriure com <strong>\u2018monsooned\u2019<\/strong> o <strong>amonzonada<\/strong>, a causa dels <strong>vents monsons<\/strong>, els impulsors dels velers a l<strong>&#8216;Oce\u00e0 \u00cdndic<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9s tard, amb l&#8217;aparici\u00f3 dels <strong>vaixells de vapor<\/strong> i l&#8217;escur\u00e7ament del temps de travessia, aquest proc\u00e9s que li donava una aroma tan especial al <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cafesaula.com\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>caf\u00e8<\/strong><\/a> va desapar\u00e8ixer. Per\u00f2, malgrat tot, la constant demanda de l&#8217;<strong>\u00cdndia Amonzonat<\/strong> per part dels m\u00e9s sibarites va fer que es comenc\u00e9s a provocar l&#8217;envelliment de forma <strong>artificial<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>El proc\u00e9s d&#8217;envelliment consisteix a exposar el <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cafesaula.com\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>caf\u00e8 verd<\/strong><\/a> en patis on bufen els vents humits del <strong>mons\u00f3<\/strong> durant dia i nit, fins que els grans adquireixen un color groguenc. En unes setmanes s&#8217;aconsegueix provocar l&#8217;efecte que el mar i el sol produ\u00efen durant les llargues travessies dels antics velers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L&#8217;\u00cdndia Amonzonat<\/strong> consta de <strong>quatre varietats<\/strong>: el <strong>Malabar amonzonat AA<\/strong>, el <strong>Basanally amonzonat<\/strong>, l\u2019<strong>Ar\u00e1bica amonzonat triage<\/strong> i el <strong>Robusta amonzonat<\/strong>.
