Us atreviu a provar-la?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dificultat:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>F\u00e0cil<\/p>\n<p><strong>Temps de preparaci\u00f3:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>25 min<\/p>\n<p><strong>Temps de cocci\u00f3:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>35 min<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients per a quatre persones:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>100 g de farina per a rebosteria<\/p>\n<p>120 g de mantega<\/p>\n<p>100 g de sucre<\/p>\n<p>3 cullerades de cacau en pols<\/p>\n<p>2 ous<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 sobret de llevat<\/p>\n<p>1 tassa gran de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cafesaula.com\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Caf\u00e8 Saula<\/strong><\/a> amb molt poc sucre<\/p>\n<p>Llet<\/p>\n<p>Sal<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Col\u00b7loca la mantega a temperatura ambient en un processador d&#8217;aliments i afegeix el sucre (reservant 1 cullerada). Bat a velocitat baixa fins que la mescla estigui espumosa.<\/p>\n<p>2. Afegeix els ous lleugerament batuts, 2 cullerades rases de cacau en pols i un pessic de sal. Afegeix 2 cullerades de llet i el llevat.<\/p>\n<p>3. Aboca la mescla en una font de forn greixada amb mantega, espolvoreja de forma homog\u00e8nia amb una mescla d&#8217;1 cullerada de cacau i una altra de sucre. Acaba afegint r\u00e0pidament el <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cafesaula.com\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Caf\u00e8 Saula<\/strong><\/a> fred.<\/p>\n<p>4. Forneja a 180 \u00b0C durant 30-35 min. Treu del forn i serveix el past\u00eds tallat en racions, completant el plat amb la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cafesaula.com\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>crema de caf\u00e8<\/strong><\/a> formada al fons de la font.<\/p>\n<p><strong>IDEA:<\/strong> Per canviar la presentaci\u00f3 de les postres, pots cuinar la massa en motlles individuals per obtenir petites magdalenes de cacau i <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cafesaula.com\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Caf\u00e8 Saula<\/strong><\/a>.
