{"id":471,"date":"2015-04-14T15:57:17","date_gmt":"2015-04-14T15:57:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.cafesaula.com\/blog\/?p=471"},"modified":"2015-04-14T15:58:31","modified_gmt":"2015-04-14T15:58:31","slug":"nou-curs-a-lespresso-premium-training-de-saula","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cafesaula.com\/blog\/ca\/nou-curs-a-lespresso-premium-training-de-saula\/","title":{"rendered":"Nou curs a l\u2019Espresso Premium Training de Saula"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El passat <strong>9 d&#8217;abril<\/strong> a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cafesaula.com\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Caf\u00e8 Saula<\/strong><\/a> vam realitzar un nou <strong>curs de formaci\u00f3<\/strong> per als alumnes de primer de <strong>Sommeliers <\/strong>de <strong>l&#8217;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.eshob.com\/ca\/\" target=\"_blank\">Escola Superior d&#8217;Hostaleria de Barcelona (ESHOB)<\/a><\/strong>. En el curs, impartit per <strong>Llu\u00eds Saula<\/strong>, director de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cafesaula.com\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Caf\u00e8 Saula<\/strong><\/a>, van participar <strong>25 alumnes<\/strong> que van mostrar en tot moment ser molt conscients del que significava cada aroma i sabor, aix\u00ed com la import\u00e0ncia de tot el <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cafesaula.com\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>proc\u00e9s de producci\u00f3 del caf\u00e8<\/strong><\/a>; des del cultiu al beneficiat, passant pel torrat, fins a la seva elaboraci\u00f3 final.<\/p>\n<p>Tots els futurs professionals del sector, alguns dels quals ja estan treballant en actiu al m\u00f3n de la restauraci\u00f3, es van mostrar molt implicats per aprendre i oferir un <strong>servei de qualitat<\/strong> i van fer preguntes molt t\u00e8cniques. A m\u00e9s del curs, en el qual es van fer intenses <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cafesaula.com\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>cates de diferents varietats de caf\u00e8<\/strong><\/a>, els alumnes tamb\u00e9 van poder visitar les instal\u00b7lacions de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cafesaula.com\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Caf\u00e8 Saula<\/strong><\/a> i els seus diferents <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cafesaula.com\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>processos de producci\u00f3<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Actualment <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cafesaula.com\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Caf\u00e8 Saula<\/strong><\/a> nom\u00e9s ofereix cursos als alumnes d&#8217;escoles d&#8217;hostaleria que ho sol\u00b7licitin, encara que no es descarta en un futur oferir <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cafesaula.com\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>cursos de cata de caf\u00e8s<\/strong> <\/a>per al p\u00fablic general a la nostra <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cafesaula.com\/\"
