Vassieux<\/strong>, una mestressa de casa francesa que va dissenyar i va patentar de forma comercial el seu \u00fas el <strong>1840.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Aquest tipus de caf\u00e8 s&#8217;obt\u00e9 mitjan\u00e7ant l&#8217;\u00fas de dues c\u00e0meres o recipients on la pressi\u00f3 i el buit produeixen un caf\u00e8 completament net.
