{"id":682,"date":"2015-11-10T16:53:15","date_gmt":"2015-11-10T16:53:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.cafesaula.com\/blog\/?p=682"},"modified":"2015-11-19T09:08:39","modified_gmt":"2015-11-19T09:08:39","slug":"cafe-saula-ensenya-els-cinc-fonaments-dun-espresso-a-leshob","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cafesaula.com\/blog\/ca\/cafe-saula-ensenya-els-cinc-fonaments-dun-espresso-a-leshob\/","title":{"rendered":"Caf\u00e9 Saula ensenya els cinc fonaments d&#8217;un Espresso a l\u2019ESHOB"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El passat <strong>4 i 5 de novembre<\/strong> la nostra <strong>barista Noem\u00ed Paoli<\/strong> va tenir el plaer de fer un curs de formaci\u00f3 als alumnes de primer curs de <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.eshob.com\/ca\/\">l&#8217;Escola Superior d&#8217;Hostaleria de Barcelona (ESHOB)<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En aquesta ocasi\u00f3 el temari de la formaci\u00f3 va girar al voltant dels <strong>cinc fonaments d&#8217;un Espresso<\/strong>; un recorregut que parteix del <strong>caf\u00e8 en gra<\/strong>, passa pel <strong>molinet<\/strong>, la <strong>maquina del caf\u00e8<\/strong>, la m\u00e0 del <strong>barista<\/strong> i el <strong>manteniment de la maquin\u00e0ria<\/strong>. En conjunt, tots els factors que influeixen en el resultat final d&#8217;una <strong>tassa de caf\u00e8<\/strong> perfecta. Els alumnes, que van mostrar en tot moment un gran inter\u00e8s per la tem\u00e0tica, tamb\u00e9 van poder aprendre els secrets de <strong>l&#8217;emulsi\u00f3 de la llet<\/strong> i la creaci\u00f3 d&#8217;un perfecte <strong>cappuccino<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Una vegada m\u00e9s, per a <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cafesaula.com\/\">Caf\u00e9 Saula<\/a><\/strong> ha estat un plaer poder compartir aquests dos dies amb els estudiants de l\u2019<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.eshob.com\/ca\/\">ESHOB<\/a><\/strong>.
