{"id":689,"date":"2015-11-24T15:28:00","date_gmt":"2015-11-24T15:28:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.cafesaula.com\/blog\/?p=689"},"modified":"2015-11-24T15:58:27","modified_gmt":"2015-11-24T15:58:27","slug":"cullera-de-boix-especialitat-arrossera","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cafesaula.com\/blog\/ca\/cullera-de-boix-especialitat-arrossera\/","title":{"rendered":"Cullera de Boix, especialitat arrossera"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Quan el 2001 en <strong>Jordi Gabarrell<\/strong> va decidir obrir el primer restaurant <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.culleradeboix.com\/\">Cullera de Boix<\/a><\/strong>, a la Ronda Sant Pere de <strong>Barcelona<\/strong>, tenia clar que volia fer un <strong>restaurant cafeteria<\/strong> que segu\u00eds la tradici\u00f3 de les antigues \u2018cases de menjar\u2019 catalanes. Aquelles fondes que obrien <strong>de 7 del mati a 12 de la nit<\/strong> i que servien menjar casol\u00e0 amb una bona <strong>cervesa, vi i caf\u00e8<\/strong>. Catorze anys m\u00e9s tard, aquella idea inicial ha resultat tot un \u00e8xit, permetent-li obrir dos locals m\u00e9s a la ciutat de <strong>Barcelona<\/strong>. Concretament situats al carrer Hospital i a Rambla Catalunya.<\/p>\n<p>Si hi ha alguna especialitat que caracteritza a <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.culleradeboix.com\/\">Cullera de Boix<\/a><\/strong> s\u00f3n els <strong>arrossos<\/strong>. \u201c\u00c9s un menjar popular, saludable i que convida a prendre\u2019l en comunitat\u201d, comenta Gabarrell. No per res, a tots els <strong>men\u00fas de migdia<\/strong> hi ha l\u2019opci\u00f3 de menjar <strong>arr\u00f2s,<\/strong> ja sigui de verdures o de bacall\u00e0, que prov\u00e9 del <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.moliderafelet.com\/catalan\/index.html\">Mol\u00ed de Rafelet<\/a> <\/strong>del <strong>Delta de l\u2019Ebre<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>En quan al <strong>caf\u00e8<\/strong>, des de l\u2019estiu de 2015 <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.culleradeboix.com\/\">Cullera de Boix<\/a><\/strong> s\u2019ha passat al <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cafesaula.com\/store\/ca\/cafe-en-gra\/24-gran-espresso-premium-natural\">Premium Original<\/a><\/strong> i <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cafesaula.com\/store\/ca\/cafe-molt\/25-gran-espresso-premium-natural\">Premium Bourbon<\/a><\/strong> de <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cafesaula.com\/\">Caf\u00e8 Saula<\/a><\/strong>. \u201cVol\u00edem apostar per un producte catal\u00e0 i de proximitat\u201d, diu Gabarrell, qui especifica com \u201c<strong>Barcelona<\/strong> sempre ha tingut una gran tradici\u00f3 de bons torrefactors i creiem que s\u2019han de potenciar\u201d. Segons el propietari, <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cafesaula.com\/\">Caf\u00e9 Saula<\/a><\/strong> \u00e9s un producte \u201cmolt equilibrat, de bona qualitat i de paladars exigents\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Des de <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cafesaula.com\/\">Caf\u00e9 Saula<\/a><\/strong> agra\u00efm aquest elogi i confian\u00e7a en el nostre producte.
