En la cafeter\u00eda del innovador <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.typeform.com\/\">Typeform<\/a> <\/strong>de Bac de Roda, en <strong>Barcelona<\/strong>, saben muy bien que, pese al calor, sus empleados siguen necesitando un buen <strong>caf\u00e9<\/strong> durante sus <strong>jornadas laborales<\/strong>. Por eso <strong>Hubert<\/strong>, el responsable del <strong>bar ecol\u00f3gico<\/strong>, ha sido asesorado por nuestra <strong>barista Noemi Paoli<\/strong> para preparar la receta de un buen <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Cold_brew_coffee\">Cold Brew<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esta t\u00e9cnica consiste en la maceraci\u00f3n a temperatura ambiente de <strong>caf\u00e9 en agua<\/strong> y que permite <strong>reducir en un 67% la acidez del caf\u00e9<\/strong>, debido a la ausencia de las altas temperaturas y la presi\u00f3n.
