All\u00e0 han participat els <strong>set finalistes<\/strong>, tots ells alumnes d&#8217;hostaleria de la <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.eshob.com\/\">Escola Superior d\u2019Hostaleria de Barcelona (ESHOB)<\/a><\/strong>, que ja havien demostrat un <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cafesaula.com\/blog\/celebrada-la-semifinal-del-concurs-el-sommelier-del-cafe\/\">alt nivell en la semifinal.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Despr\u00e9s d&#8217;un intens mat\u00ed de competici\u00f3, <strong>els tres classificats han estat:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Primer classificat:<\/span> Albert G\u00f3mez<\/strong>, qui ha rebut un <strong>premi d&#8217;1.000 euros<\/strong> i dues entrades al parc tem\u00e0tic <strong>Port Aventura<\/strong>. A m\u00e9s, ser\u00e0 format i patrocinat per Caf\u00e9 Saula per participar en el <strong>campionat nacional barista del Forum del Caf\u00e8.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Segona<\/strong> <\/span><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">classificada:<\/span> Uxu\u00e9 Fern\u00e1ndez<\/strong>, qui ha rebut un <strong>premi de 750 euros<\/strong> i dues entrades al parc tem\u00e0tic <strong>Port Aventura<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Tercera classificada:<\/strong><\/span> Mireia Girbau, qui ha rebut un <strong>premi de 500 euros<\/strong> i dues entrades per al parc tem\u00e0tic <strong>Port Aventura<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A la final, que ha estat presentada pel <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.arturogaston.com\/\">periodista gastron\u00f2mic Arturo Gast\u00f3n<\/a><\/strong>, ha participat un jurat compost per quatre membres: <strong>Llu\u00eds Saula<\/strong>, jutge capdavanter i director de Caf\u00e9 Saula; <strong>Joan Saula<\/strong>, sotsdirector de Caf\u00e9 Saula i <strong>I\u00f1aki Gorostiaga<\/strong>, director de l\u2019ESHOB; i <strong>Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Ascaso<\/strong>, responsable del servei t\u00e8cnic de Caf\u00e9 Saula. Ells han estat els responsables d&#8217;avaluar a cada participant en aquest campionat que <strong>ha tingut diverses particularitats<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Per comen\u00e7ar, els candidats havien de fer <strong>tres espressos<\/strong> i <strong>tres capuccinos<\/strong>, aix\u00ed com realitzar el <strong>tast de tres espressos<\/strong> en els quals calia recon\u00e8ixer un <strong>espresso 100% ar\u00e1bica<\/strong>, un <strong>espresso 100% robusta<\/strong> i un <strong>blend de 50% ar\u00e1bica<\/strong> i <strong>50% robusta<\/strong>. Tots ells, per descomptat, servits a la <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cafesaula.com\/taza-sommelier\/\">nova Tassa Sommelier de Caf\u00e9 Saula<\/a><\/strong>. Definitivament, una prova nova que requeria d&#8217;un alt coneixement de les <strong>qualitats del caf\u00e8<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durant el proc\u00e9s tamb\u00e9 s&#8217;ha pogut observar com la gran majoria de participants s&#8217;han decantat per la <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cafesaula.com\/store\/ca\/cafe-molt\/25-gran-espresso-premium-natural\">varietat Premium Bourbon<\/a><\/strong> per fer les seves creacions, una varietat dol\u00e7a i arom\u00e0tica que han sabut treballar molt b\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Des de <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cafesaula.com\/\">Caf\u00e9 Saula<\/a><\/strong> estem molt contents pel resultat del concurs, que tenia com a objectiu principal <strong>difondre la cultura del caf\u00e8<\/strong> a trav\u00e9s de la formaci\u00f3 cont\u00ednua. La qualitat, tant humana com a t\u00e8cnica, dels participants ha estat excel\u00b7lent i ja tenim ganes de preparar el <strong>segon concurs barista l&#8217;any vinent<\/strong>.
