En\u00a0el encuentro tuvieron la oportunidad de conocer a <strong>Axel Sim\u00f3n<\/strong>, ganador del <strong>Campeonato Barista de Espa\u00f1a 2017.\u00a0<\/strong>All\u00ed Axel nos cont\u00f3 a los asistentes su experiencia y los motivos por los que decidi\u00f3 llevar al mundial un <strong>Blend<\/strong> compuesto por or\u00edgenes de <strong>Etiop\u00eda <\/strong>y de <strong>Brasil<\/strong>.
