All\u00ed han participado los\u00a0<strong>seis finalistas<\/strong>, todos ellos alumnos de la escuela, que ya hab\u00edan demostrado un\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cafesaula.com\/blog\/es\/celebrada-la-semifinal-del-concurs-el-sommelier-del-cafe\/\"><strong>alto nivel en la semifinal<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tras una intensa ma\u00f1ana de competici\u00f3n,\u00a0finalmente <strong>las tres clasificadas han sido:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>Primera clasificada:<\/u><\/strong><strong>\u00a0Mar\u00eda Salom<\/strong>, qui\u00e9n ha recibido un\u00a0<strong>premio de 1.000 euros, una m\u00e1quina y molinillo especial de Rancilio<\/strong>\u00a0y dos entradas al parque tem\u00e1tico\u00a0de <strong>Port Aventura<\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s, ser\u00e1 formada y patrocinada por\u00a0<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cafesaula.com\/store\/es\/\">Caf\u00e9 Saula\u00a0<\/a><\/strong>para participar en el\u00a0<strong>campeonato de Barcelona del F\u00f3rum del Caf\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>Segunda clasificada:<\/u><\/strong><strong>\u00a0Claudia Capilla<\/strong>, qui\u00e9n ha recibido un\u00a0<strong>premio de 750 euros<\/strong>\u00a0y dos entradas al parque tem\u00e1tico de\u00a0<strong>Port Aventura<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>Tercera clasificada:<\/u><\/strong><strong>\u00a0Ana Balseca<\/strong>, qui\u00e9n ha recibido un\u00a0<strong>premio de 500 euros<\/strong>\u00a0y dos entradas para el parque tem\u00e1tico\u00a0de <strong>Port Aventura<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la final, que ha sido presentada por <strong>Rom\u00e1n Forns<\/strong>, profesor de la ESHOB, ha participado un jurado compuesto por cuatro miembros:\u00a0<strong>Llu\u00eds Saula<\/strong>, juez l\u00edder y director de Caf\u00e9 Saula;\u00a0<strong>Joan Saula<\/strong>, director de f\u00e1brica,\u00a0<strong>I\u00f1aki Gorostiaga<\/strong>, director de la ESHOB; <strong>Carlos Gonz\u00e1lez Antequera<\/strong>, coffee competence manager de Rancilio y\u00a0<strong>Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Ascaso<\/strong>, responsable del servicio t\u00e9cnico de Caf\u00e9 Saula. Ellos han sido los responsables de evaluar a cada participante en este campeonato, que\u00a0<strong>ha tenido varias particularidades<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para empezar, los candidatos ten\u00edan que hacer\u00a0<strong>tres espressos<\/strong>\u00a0y\u00a0<strong>tres capuccinos<\/strong>, as\u00ed como realizar la\u00a0<strong>cata de tres espressos<\/strong>\u00a0en los que hab\u00eda que reconocer un\u00a0<strong>espresso 100% ar\u00e1bica<\/strong>, un\u00a0<strong>espresso 100% robusta<\/strong>\u00a0y un\u00a0<strong>blend de 50% ar\u00e1bica<\/strong>\u00a0y\u00a0<strong>50% robusta<\/strong>. Todos ellos, por supuesto, servidos en\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.cafesaula.com\/es\/taza-sommelier\/\">la <strong>Taza Sommelier<\/strong> de <strong>Caf\u00e9 Saula<\/strong><\/a>. Definitivamente, una prueba que requer\u00eda de un alto conocimiento de las\u00a0<strong>calidades del caf\u00e9<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Desde\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.cafesaula.com\/store\/es\/\"><strong>Caf\u00e9 Saula<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0estamos muy contentos por el resultado del concurso, que tenia como objetivo principal\u00a0<strong>difundir la cultura del caf\u00e9<\/strong>\u00a0a trav\u00e9s de la\u00a0<strong>formaci\u00f3n continua<\/strong>. La calidad, tanto humana como t\u00e9cnica, de los participantes ha sido excelente y ya tenemos ganas de lanzar el\u00a0<strong>tercer concurso barista el pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p
