Durante el curso, que ha sido impartido por <strong>Llu\u00eds Saula<\/strong>, director de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cafesaula.com\/store\/es\/\"><strong>Caf\u00e9 Saula<\/strong><\/a>, y la barista <strong>Sandra Melis<\/strong>, los alumnos han podido conocer la historia del caf\u00e9, la bot\u00e1nica de la planta, las variedades bot\u00e1nicas m\u00e1s importantes, el cultivo del cafeto, la recolecci\u00f3n, la composici\u00f3n y el beneficiado del caf\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Durante el d\u00eda de formaci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n se ha ense\u00f1ado a los estudiantes las instalaciones de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cafesaula.com\/store\/es\/\"><strong>Caf\u00e9 Saula<\/strong><\/a>, as\u00ed como los procesos de selecci\u00f3n, torrefacci\u00f3n, cata y envasado que se llevan a cado diariamente.
