En esta ocasi\u00f3n, hemos tratado el <strong><em>brewing<\/em><\/strong> y los diferentes m\u00e9todos para <strong>infusionar el caf\u00e9<\/strong>, utilizando Chemex, V60, Aeropress, French Press y el Sifon Japon\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, durante la primera parte de la formaci\u00f3n hemos hecho una introducci\u00f3n al mundo del caf\u00e9, hemos visto <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cafesaula.com\/blog\/es\/diferencies-entre-el-cafe-robusta-i-larabica\/\"><strong>las diferencias entre<\/strong> <strong>caf\u00e9s\u00a0de variedad ar\u00e1bica\u00a0y robusta<\/strong><\/a>, el tueste natural y tueste torrefacto, los pasos para hacer un <strong>espresso<\/strong> perfecto y las diferencias entre el <strong>m\u00e9todo espresso y el m\u00e9todo de\u00a0filtro<\/strong>.
