{"id":471,"date":"2015-04-14T15:57:17","date_gmt":"2015-04-14T15:57:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.cafesaula.com\/blog\/?p=471"},"modified":"2015-04-14T15:58:31","modified_gmt":"2015-04-14T15:58:31","slug":"nou-curs-a-lespresso-premium-training-de-saula","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cafesaula.com\/blog\/nou-curs-a-lespresso-premium-training-de-saula\/","title":{"rendered":"Nuevo curso en el Espresso Premium Training de Saula"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El pasado <strong>9 de abril<\/strong> en <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cafesaula.com\/es\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Caf\u00e9 Saula<\/strong><\/a> realizamos un nuevo curso de <strong>formaci\u00f3n<\/strong> para los alumnos de primero de <strong>Sommeliers<\/strong> de la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.eshob.com\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Escuela Superior de Hosteler\u00eda de Barcelona (ESHOB)<\/strong><\/a>. En el curso, impartido por <strong>Llu\u00eds Saula<\/strong>, director de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cafesaula.com\/es\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Caf\u00e9 Saula<\/strong><\/a>, participaron <strong>25 alumnos<\/strong> que mostraron en todo momento ser muy conscientes de lo que significaba cada aroma y sabor, as\u00ed como la importancia de todo el proceso de producci\u00f3n del caf\u00e9; desde el cultivo al beneficiado, pasando por el tueste, hasta su elaboraci\u00f3n final.<\/p>\n<p>Todos los futuros profesionales del sector, algunos de los cuales ya est\u00e1n trabajando en activo en el mundo de la restauraci\u00f3n, se mostraron muy implicados en aprender para ofrecer un <strong>servicio de calidad<\/strong> e hicieron preguntas muy t\u00e9cnicas. Adem\u00e1s del curso, en el que se hicieron intensas <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cafesaula.com\/es\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>catas de diferentes variedades de caf\u00e9<\/strong><\/a>, los alumnos tambi\u00e9n pudieron visitar las instalaciones de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cafesaula.com\/es\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Caf\u00e9 Saula<\/strong><\/a> y sus diferentes <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cafesaula.com\/es\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>procesos de producci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Actualmente <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cafesaula.com\/es\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Caf\u00e9 Saula<\/strong><\/a> s\u00f3lo ofrece cursos a los alumnos de escuelas de hosteler\u00eda que lo soliciten, aunque no se descarta en un futuro ofrecer <strong>cursos de cata de caf\u00e9s<\/strong> para el p\u00fablico general en nuestra <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cafesaula.com\/es\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Aula Espresso Premium
