{"id":682,"date":"2015-11-10T16:53:15","date_gmt":"2015-11-10T16:53:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.cafesaula.com\/blog\/?p=682"},"modified":"2015-11-19T09:08:39","modified_gmt":"2015-11-19T09:08:39","slug":"cafe-saula-ensenya-els-cinc-fonaments-dun-espresso-a-leshob","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cafesaula.com\/blog\/cafe-saula-ensenya-els-cinc-fonaments-dun-espresso-a-leshob\/","title":{"rendered":"Caf\u00e9 Saula ense\u00f1a los cinco fundamentos de un Espresso en el ESHOB"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<p>El pasado <strong>4 y 5 de noviembre<\/strong> nuestra <strong>barista<\/strong> <strong>Noem\u00ed Paoli<\/strong> tuvo el placer de hacer un curso de formaci\u00f3n a los alumnos de primer curso de la <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.eshob.com\/\">Escuela Superior de Hosteler\u00eda de Barcelona (ESHOB)<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>En esta ocasi\u00f3n el temario de la formaci\u00f3n gir\u00f3 alrededor de los <strong>cinco fundamentos de un Espresso<\/strong>; un recorrido que parte del <strong>caf\u00e9 en grano<\/strong>, pasa por el <strong>molinillo<\/strong>, la <strong>maquina del caf\u00e9<\/strong>, la mano del <strong>barista<\/strong> y el <strong>mantenimiento de la maquinaria<\/strong>. En conjunto, todos los factores que influyen en el resultado final de una <strong>taza de caf\u00e9<\/strong> perfecta.
