Aquellas fondas que abr\u00edan de <strong>7 de la ma\u00f1ana a 12 de la noche<\/strong> y donde serv\u00edan comida casera con una buena <strong>cerveza, vino y caf\u00e9<\/strong>. Catorce a\u00f1os m\u00e1s tarde, aquella idea inicial ha resultado todo un \u00e9xito, permiti\u00e9ndole abrir dos locales m\u00e1s en la ciudad de <strong>Barcelona<\/strong>. Concretamente situados en la calle Hospital y en Rambla Catalunya.<\/p>\n<p>Si hay alguna especialidad que caracterice a <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.culleradeboix.com\/\">Cullera de Boix<\/a><\/strong> son los <strong>arroces<\/strong>. \u201cEs una comida popular, saludable y que invita a tomarlo en comunidad\u201d, comenta Gabarrell. No por nada, en todos los <strong>men\u00fas de mediod\u00eda<\/strong> hay la opci\u00f3n de comer <strong>arroz<\/strong>, ya sea de verduras o de bacalao, que proviene del <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.moliderafelet.com\/catalan\/index.html\">Mol\u00ed de Rafelet<\/a><\/strong> del <strong>Delta del Ebro<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>En cuando al <strong>caf\u00e9<\/strong>, desde el verano de 2015 <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.culleradeboix.com\/\">Cullera de Boix<\/a><\/strong> se ha pasado al <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cafesaula.com\/store\/es\/cafe-en-grano\/24-gran-espresso-premium-natural\">Premium Original<\/a> <\/strong>y <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cafesaula.com\/store\/es\/cafe-molido\/25-gran-espresso-premium-natural\">Premium Bourbon<\/a><\/strong> de <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cafesaula.com\/es\/\">Caf\u00e9 Saula<\/a><\/strong>. \u201cQuer\u00edamos apostar por un producto catal\u00e1n y de proximidad\u201d, dice Gabarrell, quien especifica como \u201c<strong>Barcelona<\/strong> siempre ha tenido una gran tradici\u00f3n de buenos torrefactores y creemos que se tienen que potenciar\u201d.
