The PROVIDER will not ship any order until payment has been verified.

Shipments of goods will usually be made via GLS according to the destination freely designated by the USER.

Delivery dates or timeframes are to be understood as approximate and delays shall not be considered a fundamental breach. If the PROVIDER has not made delivery of the goods within 30 days from the agreed delivery date, the customer shall be entitled to cancel the order and receive a full refund of the amount paid at no cost, without any liability for damages attributable to the PROVIDER.

The delivery period is between 1 and 3 working days, depending on the destination and the chosen payment method. This timeframe applies once the availability of the goods has been confirmed and full payment of the order verified.

The PROVIDER shall not be held responsible when delivery of the product or service cannot be completed due to false, inaccurate, or incomplete information provided by the USER.

Delivery shall be considered completed when the carrier has made the products available to the USER and the USER, or their representative, has signed the delivery receipt document.

It is the USER’s responsibility to check the products upon receipt and note any reservations or justified claims on the delivery receipt document.

In cases where the contract does not involve the physical delivery of any product, as the products are directly downloaded from the website, the PROVIDER shall inform the USER in advance of the procedure to follow in order to complete such download.

Returns

Saula, S.A.U. aims to ensure the complete satisfaction of our customers. For this reason, you have up to 14 days (from the date of receipt) to return or exchange your order. Returns or exchanges are only accepted in their original packaging and the returned item must be in perfect condition for sale, showing no signs of use or damage. Any item that has undergone any kind of modification, regardless of where it was made, will not be accepted for exchange or return.

Saula S.A.U. allows you to choose between receiving a credit in your favor or a refund of the original amount of the returned goods, excluding shipping costs as a service already provided. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase. Exchanges are subject to availability.

If you have received a defective product, Saula, S.A.U. undertakes to replace the purchased item as soon as possible, or if not possible, to refund the total amount of the order.

Shipping Costs

Prices do not include shipping or communication costs, installation, or any complementary services, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.

Shipping costs will be calculated when saving the cart or quotation, as they depend on the weight of the products and the delivery address.

• For orders below this amount, different shipping rates will apply depending on the delivery area.
